East Asheville Welcome Table

This is a free community meal held once a week on Thursdays at Groce UMC with serving times from 5:00pm - 6:30pm.

Pre-Meal Prayer

If you come early, you'll have the chance to participate in our

pre-meal prayer! During this time, our pastor leads those gathered in a communal devotion and prayer time that allows everyone to connect and share their struggles and triumphs.

Fresh Food

Receiving weekly food donations from Manna Food Bank, Deerfield, and more, we are able to cook our meals on site the day of the dinner. Thanks to our wonderful volunteers, our kitchen is filled with laughter, stories, and good food!
