Save our iconic bell tower

The Bell Tower is much like a lighthouse of old. It figuratively provides a guiding light and sounds to safety.

But this iconic Bell Tower is literally falling apart, to the extent pieces of it may soon be laying on the ground. Not to mention the potential for hitting someone. It was 20 years ago that the Bell Tower was revitalized, including adding the beloved carillon. The repair work is extensive and includes replacing the louvers, frame, repairing mortar and masonry, and sealing the bricks. Additionally, because we must keep providing the services to the community during repair, it will require keeping the main entrance of the church open. This necessitates the use of an expensive crane and many skilled workers.
